Connecting Wallet & Asset Management
This section will guide you on how to connect your wallet to the AutoStaking platform and manage your assets. Please follow the steps below to complete the process.
Connecting Wallet
Note: If you already have a configured EVM wallet, you can skip this step.
Before using AutoStaking, you need a cryptocurrency wallet. We recommend using MetaMask, a secure and widely used browser extension.
Step 1: Download MetaMask
If you haven't installed MetaMask yet, please visit the official website https://metamask.io/download to download the browser extension.
Follow the installation prompts to add MetaMask to your browser.
Step 2: Generate or Import Wallet
New users: After installation, follow the prompts to generate a new wallet. Make sure to securely store your seed phrase, as it is crucial for wallet recovery.
Existing users: If you already have a EVM wallet, you can import it using your seed phrase or private key.
Asset Management
The AutoStaking platform supports multiple stablecoin protocols. For first-time users, we recommend having USDC (USD Coin) tokens in your wallet.
Step 1: Acquire USDC Tokens
If your wallet already contains stablecoins like USDC, you can skip this step.
You can acquire USDC from a centralized exchange using the following method:
Recommended exchange: For example, Binance.
Purchase process:
Create an account on the exchange and complete identity verification.
Deposit funds into your exchange account.
Use the deposited funds to purchase USDC.
Withdrawal to wallet:
On the exchange's withdrawal page, select USDC.
Choose Base network as the withdrawal network.
Enter the wallet address generated in your MetaMask.
Confirm the withdrawal and wait for the transaction to complete.
Step 2: Connect Wallet to AutoStaking
Once your wallet has USDC tokens, open the AutoStaking platform.
Find the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the page and click it.
Click 'Confirm' in the MetaMask popup to approve this connection.
Step 3: View Your Assets
After successfully connecting your wallet, go to the "Current Portfolio" section of AutoStaking.
Here, you can view your USDC assets and other supported tokens in your wallet.
